Craftsmanship and processes

The variety in the glass comes from very different approaches: Vacuum distillation removes alcohol from wine at low temperatures (around 27 °C), preserving aromas. Cold pressing yields naturally cloudy juices with full fruit character. Non-alcoholic cuvées of juice, herbs, and carbon dioxide create a unique beverage category with PriSecco — entirely without fermentation.
