Ode to Berlin

Ode Berlin – the natural Aperitif from the capital

If you're looking for a special drink for your cozy evenings, then you should definitely discover the natural Aperitif Ode Berlin. Founded by Stefan Becker and Thorsten Konrad, Ode Berlin has been bringing a breath of fresh air to the aperitif world since 2020. Here, a passion for quality meets an innovative spirit, resulting in two outstanding products: Bright Lemon and Ruby Wood.

Why the natural Aperitif Ode Berlin?

Stefan and Thorsten wanted to create an alternative to often artificially tasting aperitifs. Their goal was to combine the pure taste of fruits, herbs, and woods in a single drink. They developed a special process for extracting essences from natural raw materials. Each ingredient is processed at precisely the right moment to unleash its full aroma. Winemaker Nico Espenschied from Rheinhessen contributes a high-quality Riesling to the Ode Aperitif, known for its perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.
