Florentiner-Welt – Almond Pastries from Austria

Florentiner-Welt by Maximilian Brandt passionately handcrafts almond pastries from Austria, enveloped in delicious chocolate. The Florentines from Florentiner-Welt are baked a rich golden brown, soft on the inside and beautifully crispy on the outside. This delightful pastry is available as Florentine Mountains, thalers, and Florentine sticks, always in combination with the finest Swiss chocolate.

Florentiner-Welt – exquisite quality for special moments

Florentiner-Welt from Hohenems in Voralberg is an artisanal bakery specializing entirely in the production of Florentines. It originated from Claudia Harms' and her son Maximilian's desire to develop the perfect Florentine. It was not to be too hard, not too soft, and not too sweet. They quickly refined and perfected the traditional Florentine recipe, creating a taste experience of the highest class.

They use exclusively high-quality raw materials, such as the finest almonds, candied fruits, and exclusive Swiss chocolate, which has been specially tailored to the Florentines to create a perfect harmony between almond and chocolate. The Florentines, produced with artisanal skill and much love, impress with their very high quality, absolute freshness, perfect consistency, and delicious taste.

Today, mother and son proudly lead their successful manufactory and share their passion for excellent pastry art with the world. Every Florentine stick and every Florentine thaler is still handcrafted with the utmost care and dipped in milk, dark, or white chocolate. The attention to detail and dedication to quality remain the cornerstones of the company to this day. Enjoy the exquisite quality of Florentines from Florentiner-Welt and treat yourself and your loved ones to special moments of indulgence, because they are simply delicious!
