Goufrais

Goufrais – the cool indulgence

Goufrais – the cool indulgence – is delicious cocoa confectionery in Gugelhupf form. The world-renowned cocoa confectionery is a pure chocolate experience, because the dark confectionery is also covered in 100% cocoa powder and melts delicately on the tongue. Goufrais tastes best when stored in the refrigerator, making it particularly crunchy and providing a cool indulgence and a long-lasting, unforgettable taste experience. Goufrais is alcohol-free, nut-free and gluten-free.

Goufrais – Chocolate Gugelhupf

The small chocolate Gugelhupf is made from the best ingredients in Weil am Rhein, on the edge of the southern Black Forest, in the tri-border region of Germany, France, and Switzerland. On the German side, opposite Alsace, Günther Keller and his son Michael Keller developed the melt-in-your-mouth cocoa confectionery in the shape of a Gugelhupf in 1993. As a pastry, the Gugelhupf has a special significance in Alsace, so why not develop a confection in the shape of the famous pastry, in homage to the good neighborly relations? Today, Goufrais – the cool indulgence – is an absolute bestseller. CMF Keller remains a family-run company with a special philosophy; after all, it produces only one single product, focusing on its quality and excellent taste for 25 years. Once you've tried it, you can't live without the Goufrais moment of happiness.
